The Korean MMORPG Bless Online is said to be coming to Europe and North America. Corresponding negotiations for the West release are reportedly in the final stages.
As the fan site Bless-Source reports, the Business Manager of Neowiz has just confirmed that the publishing contracts for North America and Europe are in the last phase. This doesn’t mean that we will get a release date yet, but it would mean that publishers have been found to handle this West release.
According to the fan site, there are rumors that “Daum”, the company behind Black Desert, would be taking over to distribute Bless Online here. They are already doing this with their own Korean MMORPG from Amsterdam. So Bless would also be available in Germany – sometime in the distant future.
Bless is considered interesting, perhaps the last great AAA MMORPG from Korea for the next few years. It takes place in a world that resembles our medieval era, but seen from a Korean perspective. A beta has just started in South Korea.
One can only hope that there is some truth to the reports from the fan site.
