Bless Online, a Korean MMORPG, sends a new signal of life: A third closed beta phase is set to begin soon.
In Asia, they have a different development concept than we do. In the West, a game is developed for a long time before being presented to testers in beta phases. Therefore, we already think about the release when it comes to beta phases.
In Asia, however, they go into closed beta phases early, then take a six-month break, continue developing, and go back into another phase. This leads to games from the Far East, which we thought would be out soon, disappearing from the radar for a long time.
So it went for Bless Online, a surprisingly Western MMO from Korea: There they were in the second closed beta phase in December, then there was six months of silence, and now they are back.
The third closed beta phase is set to start “soon” and will offer two new classes, the Sorcerer and the Assassin. Additionally, they have significantly revised the combat system, as it’s said.

Bless Online will be an MMORPG with strong PvP elements. It revolves around the battle of two warring alliances: the North and the South. As a setting, a fantasy world has been chosen, which resembles the European Middle Ages.
So far, the game, which is being developed under AAA conditions, has mainly made a name for itself with impressive graphics. 150 employees have been working on it for 5 years, as has been repeatedly mentioned.
