The Korean online role-playing game Bless has a turbulent history behind it and was almost completely dead for a period of time. Now it has a rough release date on Steam for 2018, a new trailer, and an updated website in the West.
The story of the Western release of Bless, the promising MMORPG from South Korea, is a great drama. Originally, the game was supposed to be published here by the Berlin publisher Aeria-Games. However, the deal failed because they wanted to thoroughly revise the game in Korea and simply couldn’t finish it on time. Aeria-Games did not want to wait any longer and eventually ended the partnership.
Bless was even considered dead for a few days, and no one expected the Western release anymore.
In the meantime, the developers at the Korean company Neowiz have taken control and want to distribute Bless independently in Europe. They are apparently further along in this ambitious project than expected.
Bless has a new trailer and website
Recently, there is a new website for Bless. There you can see pictures of the world, view the seven races – including cool cat beings! – and find information about the game. Bless is said to allow powerful realm-vs-realm PvP battles, with 100 players on each side.
Also new: Bless is set to release in 2018, specifically on Steam! There is already a dedicated website for it on Valve’s distribution platform. Recently, the developers have provided a cool new trailer, showcasing much of the stunning world of Bless.
