The story surrounding the MMORPG Bless is a drama that is now entering the next round and hopefully finds a good ending at last.
At its announcement in 2011, Bless seemed to have a bright future ahead. The graphics impressed immensely. However, there were frequent reports of problems and delays. The game was simply not good and had to deal with many technical issues.
Aeria Games/Gamigo wanted to bring the ambitious MMORPG to Europe and promised to deliver a really good online game. However, ultimately Aeria Games/Gamigo pulled back, as Bless would not meet the quality requirements.

Bless is being completely overhauled
But this is not the end of the game. The developer studio Neowiz recently announced that it will completely overhaul the entire MMO. Essentially, this “Project Rebuild” means that the developers will almost start from scratch again.
The combat system will be redesigned, items will take on a higher importance, the skill system will be completely overhauled, and the overall feel of the game will also be improved. This includes making crafting feel useful and ensuring it’s fun to have mounts and pets.
Changes will be shown soon
Even the PvP aspect will be addressed by the team and new features will be offered here. The UI will also be revamped. These changes will be showcased in a new version going live on test servers this August – though initially only in Korea.
Nevertheless, there are already plans for an international version. Neowiz has even hired a community manager for the communities in the USA and Europe. On July 25, the studio plans to announce more details about this new version of the MMORPG Bless.
