Bless Online is still in Early Access in the West. Therefore, content will gradually be added until the full release. Missing content includes the classes Assassin, Mystic, and Warlock, as well as certain game content. Neowiz has now revealed more about the Assassin.
The Assassin Gets Up Close
When can you play the Assassin? According to developer Neowiz, the Assassin class is “likely to be released after the server merger“. Work on the rework of the class is already complete. The team is now only working on a few modifications to optimize the class’s animations and effects.
How does the class play? Assassins get up close and personal with their opponents. They focus, similar to the Ranger, on dealing damage to single targets, but can also deal damage to groups with their poison bomb.
In the Japanese version, Assassins had a stealth ability and practical crowd control skills to manage their opponents. They could move behind opponents to deal high damage.
Neowiz has announced a rework for the class. It remains to be seen which game systems of the Assassin will be retained and which will be replaced.
New Class, New Gameplay
Players can choose between six classes: Neowiz has already discussed before the Steam launch that players can look forward to the classes Assassin, Mystic, and Warlock, as these will be added during development. This will expand the class selection, giving players more flexibility in how they can play Bless Online.
Tip: In Bless Online, enemies already drop equipment for the Assassin class. So if you want to prepare for the new class, you can already start assembling equipment sets.
When Will Warlock and Mystic Arrive?
Fans will have to be patient. In total, there will be 8 playable classes in Bless. However, not much is known yet about the two upcoming classes, Warlock and Mystic. The development team will focus on the Mystic class after the Assassin. New races are planned before the Warlock, so players will have to wait a bit longer.
