Adjustments for Each Ability
As an MMORPG with an action-packed combat system, Blade & Soul cannot do without customization options such as talent trees. Each class has multiple tiers and can improve each ability individually, often choosing between different variants. The distributed points, of which there is one per level-up, often change the basic effect of an ability. For example, one can enhance a sword strike so that it simultaneously restores a small portion of the player’s hit points or always lands a critical hit when another ability has been used beforehand.
Variable Skill Distributions – Anytime!
To save time, it is possible to rearrange the distributed ability points at any time in Blade & Soul. Thus, one can try out an entirely new build even for individual fights and switch back if not satisfied. Several sets of skill distributions can also be saved so that everything does not have to be individually recompiled each time. This is especially helpful for players who often tackle different types of content and want to be as efficient as possible in instances as well as solo content.
Recommended Talents for Beginners
If you do not want to deal with all the details of the talent system, you can relax: Beginners or anyone who does not want to engage with the talents can choose between three different presets. A point distribution for solo play, group quests, and dungeons can be selected. The templates provide players with the most important builds that offer at least a good alternative in every combat situation – ideal if you do not want to spend time googling for a current build.
