Blade & Soul: Dungeon for the Tough, Time Travel Event and even less Upgrade Grind

Blade & Soul has done it again and in the brand new update “Citadel of the Dark Dragons” added another, even tougher dungeon. Only the strongest warriors, most skilled swordsmen, and wisest sorcerers can survive in it. Meanwhile, the bosses in the time travel event “Tower of Memories” are less tough. Additionally, there are adjustments to the upgrade costs for accessories.

Your Kung Fu is so strong that all bosses in Blade & Soul bow down to you before you even lift a finger of your divine Thunder Fist of Justice? Then you should take a look on the horizon, because the dark Citadel of the Dark Dragons is ready to challenge your mighty Kung Fu again.

Phantoms and Time Travel

The new super dungeon from NCSoft’s martial arts MMO Blade & Soul may not sound very dangerous, but the instance for four or six players offers the “Doom Phantom Zakhan” as a very strong boss, which of course brings along a few more bosses. To defeat Zakhan and his cult, you need the best equipment, and so you won’t have to grind forever for your accessories, the developers have reduced the upgrade costs by 30 percent.

The Citadel of the Dark Dragons is only for the toughest martial arts warriors, but even less powerful players will find something in the update. From October 5th to October 26th, the “Tower of Memories” will be open, and all players level 16 and above can participate in group events where we can battle bosses from the past. So, a kind of limited time travel with some good brawling. Additionally, there is now a spectator mode for the PvP arena. You can find the full patch notes in the source reference.
