The download for the upcoming martial arts MMORPG Blade and Soul is starting now.
Even those who participated in the beta need to download the client for Blade and Soul – the old beta version can be uninstalled. If you want to jump in at launch in 10 days (or a bit earlier as a Headstarter), you should spend the next few days getting familiar with the client and how it will land on your computer.
On this page, the launch guide for Blade and Soul, you can start by clicking “Download” and then you will download about 215 MB, the installer. Then you log in with your account, need to verify that again via email, and can then “begin the update.” This will take a while. The client is downloaded in several stages, first 8 GB, then another 4 GB, and a check is also required at the end.
Make sure that the language and region is set everywhere to the ones you want to play in: Usually German and Europe. It hasn’t started yet, but name reservation will be possible very soon.
