The Korean action MMO Blade and Soul has been waiting for a port to the West for years. There are now further rumors.
An alleged WildStar employee has now reported in the reddit forum that the work on the English version of Blade&Soul has progressed to the point that the highly anticipated game is in a “Friends and Family Beta”.
WildStar, like Guild Wars 2 and Blade and Soul, is published by NCSoft, so WildStar employees may know more about it than the average person. But before fans get excited about the news: The source is not confirmed. The alleged WildStar employee posts anonymously on reddit. What he writes and reveals about supposed insider information carries some weight and seems quite plausible, although there is no way to verify its authenticity.
