Blade & Soul by NCSoft is a popular Free2Play action MMO from Korea. Characteristic of the fantasy MMORPG are the artistically high-quality style and the combat system, which impressively showcases Asian martial arts. Blade and Soul follows the traditional Wuxia narrative style. The players' task is to stop the embodiment of evil named Jin Seoyeon, who is in search of the Inferno sword. With it, she wants to destroy the pillars of the world and plunge all life into chaos. To stop Jin, players must learn one of the mystical powers of Qing Gong. Only by mastering themselves and their powers can players in Blade & Soul transcend the limits of humanity and become true heroes who can save the whole world. The online role-playing game Blade & Soul was released on January 19, 2016, in Europe and North America and has since received many updates and patches.
