In the Korea-MMO Black Desert , the cat is the hero’s best friend. As a pet, it levels up, can ease enemies of their loot, but must be well-fed.
Black Desert will likely not be a game for allergy sufferers. It is clearly committed to cats. As reported on Korean sites, Black Desert will be crawling with cats. Since early January, they have been new in the Open Beta. They can be purchased for pearls in the game and are characterized, among other things, by the fact that they loot dead enemies, meaning they can claw the loot from them.
Furthermore, the cats, just like mounts, will be able to level up, provided they are well-fed. The food is available from a special vendor, or players can craft the food themselves.
As can be seen from the screens of the Korean sites, the cats in the world of Black Desert prefer the classic “Pirate carries Parrot” position, which is also known as the “mad fairground fortune teller carries black cat” position.
