Black Desert Online received a new feature called “Sticker-UI” in the latest update. Now you can place elements and menus from the user interface completely outside the game.
Black Desert Online and many other MMOs have the same problem: The user interface (UI) is so full of menus that you constantly click on one by accident when you actually meant to do something else. It’s unfortunate when the attacking ogre is blocked by the crafting menu, and you end up getting killed and eaten! (Also unfortunate for the ogre if it’s on a juice diet.)
Black Desert Online resolves this dilemma by allowing you to simply drag annoying UI elements out of the game onto your desktop.
Black Desert Online – Sticker-UI – Easily Move Menus
The latest patch for Black Desert Online introduces the useful Sticker-UI feature. This allows you to simply grab an element of the user interface and drag it completely out of the game onto your desktop. So if you’re playing in windowed mode or with multiple screens, you can practically offload less needed menus out of the game.
However, the Sticker-UI feature does not work with all menus. Only the following UI elements can be offloaded to the desktop:
- Equipment
- Marketplace
- Quest
- Guild
- Trade
- Tooltip
- Manage Workers
Players have generally received the feature quite well, with only some complaining that it ruins their framerates. However, this is likely a bug that will surely be fixed soon.

In addition to this major change, the latest patch for Black Desert Online has made numerous other minor adjustments. For instance, your heroes will correctly close their eyes when they sleep in bed after a tiring day on the donkey cart. And those who think they can jump from the mast to the deck of a ship will now properly crash, as fall damage at sea is now calculated correctly.
