In Black Desert Online, the latest DLC Valencia literally sends us into the desert, and a proper camel is simply the done thing there. But how does one acquire such a desert ship? Read it in our Camel Guide!
“A kingdom for a camel!” may be what some players of Black Desert Online are sighing in frustration because, in the desert region of Valencia, it is not exactly clear where the modest animals with humps roam and where to buy them. But fortunately, some resourceful players of the sandbox online RPG have searched long enough and found a quest giver who even gives us a desert ship for free!
The following guide and the images come from the official forum of Black Desert Online from the user “LycaBloodhunt”. For free camels, you only need to follow these steps:
- First, make sure you have reached at least level 55.
- Go to Valencia to the “Sand Grain Bazaar”.
- Look for the Stable Master “Bochlo” there and make sure all quests are displayed, otherwise, you may not see the camel quest.
- Bochlo is a big fan of camels and wants to teach you everything possible about the creatures. For this, you will need 15 energy and about 10 minutes of gameplay for the following quest.
- Once you have completed the quest, in addition to the usual rewards, you will also receive a voucher for a free camel!
So you see, with very little effort, there is already a simple but sturdy camel for the very small budget (it is free!). Important note: The feature “Trade your horse for a camel” does not seem to be available yet in the western version of Black Desert Online. But until we can exchange our horses for practical camels, the free beginner camel should suffice for now.
