In the MMORPG Black Desert, there are potions that replenish your health points or mana when used. Particularly interesting are the Infinite Potions, potions that never run out.
What kind of potions are these?
- Ornette’s Spirit Essence restores 250 health points when used and even 45% more if you are immobilized. The potion has a recharge time of 2 seconds.
- Odore’s Spirit Essence, on the other hand, restores 325 mana points or Will Power or Spirit Power, depending on which resource your class uses. The potion has a recharge time of 6 seconds.
How to craft the potions? You need to gather 5 special items for each potion. You usually obtain these through pure grinding of monsters, though you may also need to visit merchants in some cases.
In general, you should be prepared to invest a lot of time and have an AP value of 240 for certain areas.

Ornette’s Spirit Essence – HP Potion
For this potion, you need the 5 items:
- Sherekhan’s Panacea (Grinding)
- Ron’s Tintinnabulum (Grinding)
- Ash Halfmoon Kagtunak (Grinding)
- Gayak’s Courage Stone (Merchant + Grinding/Selling)
- Musical Spirit’s Sound Stone (Merchant + Daily Quests)
You need to arrange these in your inventory as shown in this image. Once done, you will receive the endless HP potion.
Sherekhan’s Panacea
For this item, you need to kill enemies in the “Sherekhan Necropolis” area and have a chance to drop the item. The following enemies count for this:
- Garud
- Belcadas
- Lateh (Only at night)
- Nybrica (Only at night)
In this area, you will also receive Garmoth’s Scale (which is needed for this potion) and Dragon Scale Fossils (needed for the mana potion).
However, you should have at least 210 AP here.
Ron’s Tintinnabulum
For this item, you need to kill enemies in the “The Ronarios Forest” area and have a chance to drop the item. The following enemies count for this:
- Forest Ronaros Guardian
- Forest Ronaros Catcher
In this area, you will also receive Rumbling Earth Shards (needed for the mana potion).
However, you should have at least 240 AP here.
Ash Halfmoon Kagtunak
For this item, you need to kill enemies in the “Blood Wolf Settlement” area and have a chance to drop the item. The following enemies count for this:
- Kagtum Executioner
- Kagtum Guard
In this area, you will also receive Garmoth’s Scale (which is needed for this potion).
However, you should have at least 190 AP here.
Gayak’s Courage Stone
For this item, you need to visit the NPC “Merindora”, located in the east of Grana. You first need to complete a quest to gain knowledge for her.
Then you go to Camira, the node manager of the Sherekhan Necropolis. There, you can exchange 30 Garmoth’s Scales for the corresponding item. You will receive the scales from 2 of the 3 grind spots for the other items of the potion.
Musical Spirit’s Sound Stone
For this item, you go again to Merindora from Item 4. You must also have completed the quest beforehand.
Then you go to Moyamo, the node manager of Okiara River. There, you can exchange 300 Peridot Leaves for the final item. You receive Peridot Leaves as rewards for daily quests in Kamaslyvia.
Odore’s Spirit Essence – Mana Potion
For this potion, you need the 5 items:
- Valtarra’s Clairvoyance (Grinding)
- Markthanan’s Gland (Grinding)
- Narc’s Crimson Tear (Grinding)
- Krogdalo’s Protection Stone (Merchant + Grinding/Selling)
- Night Crow’s Dawn Stone (Merchant + Daily Quests)
You need to arrange these in your inventory as shown in this image. Once done, you will receive the endless mana potion.
Valtarra’s Clairvoyance
For this item, you need to kill enemies in the “Navarn Steppe” area and then skin them with the Tanning Knife. The following enemies count for this:
- Ferric
- Ferrina
- Belladonna Elephant
- Baby Belladonna Elephant
Important is that you use a character that already has a high skill in this area.
You should also have at least 210 AP here.
Markthanan’s Gland
For this item, you need to kill enemies in the “Tshira Ruins” area and have a chance to drop the item. The following enemies count for this:
- Leaf Keeper
- Vine Keeper
- Grove Keepers
In this area, you will also receive Garmoth’s Scale (needed for the HP potion).
You should have at least 140 AP here.
Narc’s Crimson Tear
For this item, you need to kill enemies in the “Manshaum Forest” area and have a chance to drop the item. The following enemies count for this:
- Manshaum Shaman
In this area, you will also receive Rumbling Earth Shards (needed for this potion).
You should have at least 240 AP here.
Krogdalo’s Protection Stone
For this item, you need to visit the NPC “Merindora”, located in the east of Grana. You first need to complete a quest to gain knowledge for her.
Then you go to the node manager of Krogdalo’s Trace. There, you can exchange 100 Rumbling Earth Shards for the corresponding item. You receive the shards from mobs in Kamaslyvia and in the marketplace.
Night Crow’s Dawn Stone
For this item, you go again to Merindora from Item 4. You must also have completed the quest beforehand.
Then you go to the node manager of Garmoth’s Nest. There, you can exchange 100 Dragon Scale Fossils for the final item. You receive Dragon Scale Fossils as rewards from monsters or in the marketplace.
