Tamer – 4 Paws and 2 Hands
The ladies of the Tamer class are merely cannon fodder on their own. Alone they hardly sustain in battle and die extraordinarily quickly due to their light armor. This summoner becomes dangerous as soon as she calls her companion into battle, who supports her for a limited time.
The devastating abilities of the beast allow the Tamer to turn an apparently lost match into a 2vs1 situation. Especially in PvP, she plays more like an assassin, waiting for her brief moment of superiority to ambush individual enemies. However, it takes time to master the various pet abilities, and once the time runs out, the battle is usually decided.
Moreover, Tamers can also use their companion as a mount, which significantly differentiates their options from other classes.
Ranger – Kiter with High Ranged Damage
The Ranger is a traditional ranged fighter who relies almost entirely on her bow. She evades enemy damage by kiting them long enough until they simply run out of health.
Since not everyone may enjoy this playstyle, which visually resembles “running away until the other gives up,” she may not be suitable for everyone. However, her damage is not to be underestimated, and her area abilities often tip the scales in group fights, making the difference between victory and defeat.
If enemies succeed in catching her in melee, she has several escape options; however, due to her light armor, she doesn’t have much time to utilize them.
Warrior – Stalwart Warriors with Good Mobility
If you enjoy the classics, go for the Warrior. Equipped with sword and shield, he makes an excellent tank and can absorb many blows due to his heavy armor.
Despite his hefty gear, the Warrior has some tricks up his sleeve and has not lost much of his mobility, allowing him to simply dodge attacks. He can activate a defensive stance that allows him to ignore all incoming damage from the front (for a while). One of the challenges lies in recognizing when to switch stances to go from defense to offense.
