What are Officer Challenges? In CoD: Modern Warfare, there are some missions that run concurrently and maintain a constant reward loop, including the Officer Rank Challenges.
The Officer Challenges are seasonal challenges and are regularly refreshed. Most of the challenges are quantity tasks such as “Play 15 times Team Deathmatch”.
The current Officer Rank goes up to level 100 and offers an emblem that is upgraded every 10 levels, culminating in an animated version. Additionally, at level 100, a blueprint for a special weapon skin is rewarded.
However, it seems that level 90 is currently the limit! There are several complaints that crashes occur after reaching this high level, and this happens on all platforms.

How can the challenges crash my game? It is still unclear whether a specific task triggers the crash or if the game is interrupted due to another bug.
The Redditor “Dat-Duck” has documented the error on the Playstation. The shaky mobile video shows the game shortly after startup, “Dat-Duck” showcases his impressive ribbon collection of completed Officer tasks, and then the game crashes.
According to reports, the crash is not related to the Officer progress indicator either, but also crashes immediately after startup.
Account temporarily suspended as a result

Are the developers informed? The bug has also been shared on Twitter, and one of the developers, Joe Cecot, Co-Design Director for Multiplayer at Infinity Ward, reacted directly to the bug.
In the tweet, Cecot expresses surprise that a user has already progressed so far with the tasks and immediately clarifies that the fix will not take long. Maybe the fix will come with the next patch.
