As the 3rd season of 7 vs. Wild slowly comes to an end, the questions about a 4th season grow louder. Now Knossi has questioned the co-founder of “7 vs. Wild“, Maximilian Kovacs, on Twitch and was able to discuss some interesting ideas with him.
Who is Maximilian Kovacs? Maximilian Kovacs is a co-founder and producer of “7 vs. Wild”. Together with Fritz Meinecke and Johannes Hovekamp, he invented “7 vs. Wild”.
The video producer also works as an editor and producer for various survival YouTubers like Fritz Meinecke or SurvivalMattin. In 7 vs. Wild, he is one of those who make important decisions about the series.
If you don’t know Knossi yet, we introduced him to you in a video.
What a 4th season of 7 vs. Wild could look like
Will there be teams again? During the Twitch live streams, the two discussed some ideas for a 4th season. Even though Maximilian Kovacs did not want to show his cards too much, Knossi managed to draw out of him that he is not a fan of simply doing the same concept as in seasons 1 and 2.
The reason he mentioned was that the problems in the two seasons were very similar. The “7 vs. Wild” founder was also very happy with the concept of the 3rd season and the teams edition.
When I think back to the time, the real 7 vs. Wild for me is alone in Panama. You can’t compare being two with Sascha for two weeks.
I’d rather be alone for a week, that’s […] definitely harder than two weeks together. […] You could have also set us down for 3 weeks. That wouldn’t matter.

How long could season 4 last? From the chat, there was also a suggestion to endure 10 days alone in the wilderness. Knossi added the condition of not taking any items with him. Maximilian Kovacs replied: “Ten days is then again such a step down.”
Also, Knossi’s idea of spending 7 days without items in the wilderness was dismissed by the “7 vs. Wild” founder. “Then everyone will complain again: Yes, they could do nothing.”

A fan hope may also come true this season
What about the uncut episodes? Since there were almost uncut episodes in season 2, fans are hoping for the same in season 3. The “7 vs. Wild” founder revealed that there will probably be uncut episodes. However, they do not want to give the final “yes” yet because they do not know when this will happen.
What about Trymacs’ most important scene? Trymacs recently complained that his best scene was probably cut out. Maximilian Kovacs briefly addressed this as well: “I won’t say anything about that; it will be funny when you see it.”
The producer also emphasized that there is indeed a common thread and a time limit of one hour per episode that must be adhered to. Therefore, some good scenes need to be cut out, but there will likely still be an “extended cut” where everything can then be seen.
Season 3 of 7 vs. Wild received a lot of criticism. Not only viewers, but also participants repeatedly point out mistakes. It all actually started with the topic of fire. The participants were supposed to be exposed with a gas stove first, which some did not appreciate. Here you can find out how season 3 could still take place.
