What happened? In line with Star Wars Day, EA and DICE announced new free content for Battlefront 2 via Twitter. The Han Solo Season is expected to start this month. No specific release date or further details were provided. However, more information is said to be coming next week.
Given the upcoming release of the new Star Wars movie “Solo – A Star Wars Story” on May 24, this announcement was not surprising – unlike the reaction of some players.

What are the reasons for this reaction? On one hand, the frustration regarding the microtransaction disaster from last year still seems to be unresolved. Many have lost trust in EA and suspect malicious intent behind every move the company makes.
