Dice is apparently giving gifts to the players of Battlefield 5 for Christmas. Players can now secure two weapons.
Both weapons come from the predecessor Battlefield 1. They are an assault rifle and a shotgun.
2 new weapons if you log in on time
What weapons are they? Players receive an assault rifle for the Assault class, support players get a shotgun:
- Assault Rifle: Ribeyerolles 1918 for the assault soldier
- Shotgun: M1897 for the support soldier
How do you get these weapons? You just need to log in by January 3, 2019. Those who don’t make it online in time can also buy the weapons with Company Coins. You can find the weapons in your Company menu.

Both weapons could already be played in Battlefield 1. Notably, the Ribeyerolles 1918 stands out.
Ribeyerolles 1918 Assault Rifle
What kind of weapon is this? It is an assault rifle with a lower rate of fire than most other weapons in this category. It is particularly precise and has a high range.
Players are already celebrating this assault rifle for its precision. Those who want to use it must choose the Assault class.
M1897 Shotgun
What kind of weapon is this? This shotgun also comes from Battlefield 1. It is only for the Support class and expands its small arsenal of shotguns with a strong alternative. It is a pump-action shotgun with a good 1-hit kill distance.
However, it does not stand out quite as positively as the Ribeyerolles.
The fans are in the Christmas spirit
