Weapon is a strong choice for the hectic action of Rush
The PKP-BP is the second of 2 LMGs currently in the game. It has a deadly fire rate of 800 rounds per minute. The game gives the weapon the following characteristics:
- Aggressive
- Heavy
- High Capacity
What makes the weapon so strong? Even if the opponents in the reddit clip behave as if they could not look left and right: The strengths of the PKP-BP are clearly visible – as are its weaknesses.
These characteristics make it very strong in Rush. Since in this game mode the enemies come from predictable directions, you can exert a lot of pressure with the large magazine.
The weapon also has a built-in bipod. Therefore, the weapon is also significantly more precise when you lie down. When moving or standing, it quickly becomes very imprecise.
What are the best attachments for the weapon? The best attachments for the PKP-BP are:
- Optic: K8 Holo (otherwise individual preference)
- Muzzle: Warhawk Compensator
- Ammo: High-Power / Extended
- Underbarrel: Attachments (Factory)
The Warhawk Compensator is one of the best attachments for any fully automatic weapon. It reduces horizontal recoil, but worsens vertical recoil in return. However, since vertical recoil is significantly easier to control than horizontal, this is not a problem.

How do I use this weapon? The PKP-BP plays largely like an LMG from most shooters:
A lot of ammunition is compensated by the clumsiness of all animations. Thus, you do not have to pay so much attention to perfect precision and can put pressure on opponents with sustained fire.
The PKP-BP offers significantly lower TTK compared to the LCMG due to higher damage and faster fire rate. However, it also plays clumsier. It has more recoil than the other LMG. You can significantly reduce this if you lie down.
Also, since larger groups of enemies rush towards a target in Rush, you can especially defend objectives very strongly. Especially with McKay and his grappling hook, you can occupy dominant positions on the high ground. Sundance’s flanking maneuvers are also a very good option, as the clip shows.
Due to these characteristics, the PKP-BP is particularly strong in the defensive team of Rush. However, aggressive LMG players will also enjoy this weapon in the offensive.
