While the minimum requirements hardly differ from those of the predecessor Battlefield V, the recommended specifications are already significantly higher.
Minimum system requirements for PC
Your PC should be able to do at least the following:

How well can you play with that?
In general, you should be prepared for performance issues upon the release of Battlefield 2042, as our preview report has shown. Even with hardware that is better than the minimum requirements, there are currently strong fluctuations in FPS.
Even with significantly stronger hardware, some players experienced severe drops in performance. You should be aware of this when playing on PC.
What do we know about Battlefield 2042?
When is the release? The release of Battlefield 2042 is on November 19, 2021. Before that, there will be an early access phase.
When does it start? Since November 12, players under certain conditions can already play the full version.
