In Battlefield 1, players can expect some new features and functionalities that have not been seen in this form before. You can look forward to the following new features.
The beta of Battlefield 1 was the most successful testing phase in EA’s history. During this testing phase, approximately 13.2 million players were able to try out the new functions and features of the game. Some of these features are particularly outstanding and responsible for a fresh play style in Battlefield 1.
1. Behemoths
Behemoths are special “vehicles” that can be used in the game. They were designed to assist the team that is currently behind. They have strong weapons, high health points, and also provide a mobile spawn point in the game. A certain number of players can use the weapons of these Behemoths to take out enemies.
The Behemoths include Airship L30, Dreadnought, and Armored Train. The Dreadnought ship, in particular, brings joy to the game (if you have it for your team). With the strong weapons on board, you can cause chaos on the beaches while being well protected.
2. The Return of the Assault Boats
Strong boats are not only represented in the form of a Behemoth. The small assault boats are also tactically important because they are fast and agile. Perfect conditions if you want to flank an opponent. Powerful machine guns will convince some enemies on land or in the air to retreat. With 2 strong torpedoes, you can also deal a lot of damage to other boats.
3. Mortars for Supporters
In many video games, there are situations where you feel useless as a supporter. Often, the certain “offensive power” is lacking to change the outcome of a battle. In Battlefield 1, as a supporter, you have the option to use a mortar. This way, you can force opponents to leave a camping position – if they are still able to do so after your attack. On the mini-map, you can choose where the charge should land and cause area damage.
4. Elite Class Sentry/Guard
Equipped with a strong SMG, you can take down enemies with just a few shots. With this firepower and maybe a couple of supporters in the background, you can rack up some points. 5. The Various Maps in Battlefield 1
A lot of variety is provided by the locations of the individual battles in Battlefield 1. The game spans environments from deserts to dense jungles. Each map brings its own charm to the game and creates a special atmosphere during the battles. Together with the dynamic weather, the maps are responsible for the fact that matches in Battlefield 1 are always a bit different. Looking closely at the maps, one can see that the design also paid attention to smaller details like cracks in the buildings. These maps will be available at the release of Battlefield 1.
