New information confirms that alongside France, Russia will also be added via DLC in Battlefield 1.
For “Battlefield 1” players, there is reason to rejoice. After the developers have already announced that France will not be available at release but will come to the game via DLC, Russia will follow. This is confirmed by an entry on the English website with information about the “Battlefield 1 Premium Pass.
Battlefield 1 Russia DLC
With the Premium Pass in Battlefield 1, you gain access to various digital expansion packs. The first of these packs is set to be released in March 2017 under the name “Battlefield 1 They Shall Not Pass”. This expansion brings the French Army, additional maps, new weapons, vehicles, and gadgets into the game. Additionally, Russia has now also been confirmed as an expansion pack.
When you open the English-language Battle Pass website, you will find more information there than on the German version. Here, both France and Russia are announced as expansions for Battlefield 1. The German website, on the other hand, does not mention any countries at all. Unfortunately, there is still no release date for the Russia DLC in Battlefield 1 . Of course, we will inform you as soon as there are any updates on this.
Additional new game modes are to be introduced soon to provide more variety in the game. The Hardcore Mode and the Fog of War Mode in Battlefield 1 offer many new features that are not present in the current game modes. Particularly, the Hardcore Mode is popular among Battlefield 1 players because it provides a different level of difficulty.
