In recent weeks, some strong titles in the shooter genre have been released. In addition to Titanfall 2 you can also choose Battlefield 1 and Call of Duty Infinite Warfare . Although all games belong to the shooter genre, there are numerous differences between the titles. For Battlefield 1, for example, the hardcore and “Fog of War” mode have been announced. Battlefield 1 vs. Infinite Warfare
While both games are current shooters that were released close together in time, they do not appeal to the same audience. With different gameplay aspects, other visual styles, and completely different settings, Battlefield 1 and Infinite Warfare take two different paths.

The settings are similar to our comparison between Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2. Battlefield 1 takes place in World War I, where gripping battles in trenches and aerial combat in various aircraft await you. Infinite Warfare is the stark counterpart, as it is set in the future and offers you fast-paced battles in space. There are also interesting science fiction weapons with which you can fight your opponents in various ways.
There are also some differences in playstyle. The atmosphere of World War I is strongly reflected in the single-player mode of Battlefield 1. It is not just a massacre, but has moments in between that provoke thought. The multiplayer mode also offers various game modes where you can prove your skill with airplanes, tanks, or pigeon-catching.
Infinite Warfare offers the fast-paced battles that you are familiar with from the “Call of Duty” series. These have now been upgraded with new gameplay mechanics. Combat in space takes place with vehicles or on foot. With a grappling hook function, you can pull yourself directly to opponents to fight with them. However, you can also pull yourself to objects to move faster. There is also a zombie mode and David Hasselhoff waiting for you.

If you prefer fast gameplay in a futuristic setting, you should take a closer look at Call of Duty Infinite Warfare.
