The two big new shooters from EA are now on the market. Does Battlefield 1 or Titanfall 2 suit you better?
In October 2016, fans of shooters will get two major titles in the FPS genre. Battlefield 1 has already been released and is generating buzz not only with fun Zeppelin glitches, but also through great graphics on all platforms. Titanfall 2 has been released today and has made a particularly good impression on fans with an epic trailer. The reviews and ratings for the game are also impressive. But which game is suitable for whom? Or do the two titles not interfere with each other?
Battlefield 1 vs. Titanfall 2
Although the release dates of both games are quite close to each other, the games do not interfere with each other. At least that’s what Andrew Wilson, the CEO of EA, said. He believes that the FPS genre is a huge category in the gaming industry, where some players prefer speed and others strategy. Some enjoy both and want a shooter that combines strategy with speed. There are clear differences in the context of Battlefield 1 and Titanfall 2.
Battlefield 1 takes place in the context of World War 1 and showcases this with many details in both single-player and multiplayer. Titanfall 2 lacks a true historical context, but still offers a story full of emotions. Not only in single-player mode can you expect a lot of action in both games. Their multiplayer modes also promise a lot of fun and thrilling battles. Judge for yourself whether you prefer the Battlefield 1 multiplayer mode or the Titanfall 2 multiplayer mode.
