The MMO shooter Battleborn (PC, PS4, Xbox One) receives a new hero and many changes.
Next week, on January 19, the winter update for Battleborn is coming. There’s the heroine “Beatrix” in early access and the new DLC story operation “Oscar Mike vs. The Battle School.”
More significant are the changes to gameplay that Battleborn is making:
- Players will then start with all 25 original heroes unlocked, a revised tutorial should make it easier to get started
- The interface will be revamped, getting a major overhaul to become more readable
- And a draft mode will be introduced, where players can also ban heroes in PvP and deny them to the opposing team
All of this will be available next week. To preempt questions: The switch to a free-to-play model is not planned.
