The hero shooter Battleborn (PC, PS4, Xbox One) is getting its long-awaited winter update.
The size is impressive. The winter update for Battleborn has been developed over the past months and gradually revealed. Now it is here, and it is quite a heavyweight.

The winter update weighs:
- 13 GB on PS4
- 15 GB on PC
- 18 GB for Xbox One
This is in the winter update for Battleborn
The update:
- introduces the new heroine Beatrix
- introduces a draft mode for ranked matches
- reworks the starting phase for new players, so now all 25 starting characters are available from the beginning
- introduces training modes
- reworks the interface
- brings quests, including daily ones
- improves performance, supports PS4 Pro – on PS4 Pro it now runs at 1080p with up to 60 FPS or in native 4k at 30 FPS
- increases the command and character rank for players (150) and characters (20)
- and a DLC story operation is coming too
Gearbox is doing a lot to get Battleborn back on track. The winter update was planned for Thursday night our time. It should already be live by now. So have fun!
