Battleborn expands its hero selection. After the water nymph Alani comes her buddy Pendles, a humanoid snake.
Battleborn is known for its wacky characters, as we can play ninja mushrooms, living ice blocks, four-armed anarchists, self-absorbed eagles with rocket launchers, and sociopathic robot bosses. And soon also a humanoid assassin snake with gold fangs!
Just shortly after the release of the new heroine Alani, the next hero for Battleborn was already announced. It is Pendles, a serpentine creature from the world Akopos, the same planet that once offered Alani a home.
Snake Assassin
However, unlike the more peace-loving Alani, Pendles is a true rogue and therefore belongs to the anarcho-faction of the Rouges (defectors). There, he works as a deadly assassin, striking from the shadows with two sickles. What exactly Pendles can do is still unknown.

The release is expected to happen “sometime in the next months.” Pendles is supposed to cost 47,000 credits – like Alani. Alternatively, we can also unlock him with the Hero Key if we currently have the all-purpose key available.
