Vemperen’s Other Heads
What can the mod do? Vemperen’s Other Heads adds many new heads (or faces) for character creation, so you can customize your character even more according to your wishes.
The original heads are not replaced; they are still available. For this mod, you will typically need the Mod Fixer, ImprovedUI, and the BG3 ModManager. Additionally, the mod Less Wrinkled Expressions
is recommended.
Fantastical Multiverse and 5E-Spells
What can the mod do? Fantastical Multiverse by Dungeons and Souls expands Baldur’s Gate 3 by adding additional races you can play.
This mod brings races from various “Dungeons & Dragons” worlds such as Eberron and Etharis (known from Grim Hollow) into the game. You can also play races from Eorzea, the world of Final Fantasy XIV. More races are also planned. Additionally, this mod includes some hairstyles and new heads that you can choose from – including hairstyles from Shadowheart, Orin, and Isobel.

With this mod, you can give your character a variety of new hairstyles tailored specifically for different races like half-elves, drow, elves, tieflings, and humans. Some hairstyles are based on the originals from the game but have been adjusted to avoid clipping issues and fit perfectly.
Horns of Faerûn
What can the mod do? With this mod, you get a selection of horns for character creation that you can also color. No vanilla horns are replaced; rather, the mod just adds more options.
The best part is: The horns are available for all races except the Dragonborn. So, you can create an elf with cool horns – or how about a gnome?
Silver’s Hair Pack 1 and 2
What can the mod do? With Silver’s Hair Pack 1 and 2, you can expand your character creation with new hairstyles for humans, elves, half-elves, drow, tieflings, and githyanki. The hairstyles look particularly natural and all have their own strands. The original vanilla hairstyles remain unchanged.
Eyes of the Beholder
What can the mod do? With Eyes of the Beholder, you can design your character’s eyes in even more detail. The mod offers glowing eyes, various pupil shapes, and additional color options. You can even create cat eyes.
