Actually, Nick Foles is just a decent backup quarterback for the Philadelphia Eagles. In Madden’s Ultimate Team, he doesn’t impress with a rating of 74. But after a few miraculous games, Foles is now the strongest player in Madden 18’s Ultimate Team.
Foles has had a few spectacular weeks. The Eagles’ starting quarterback, Carson Wentz, got injured during a season game and was ruled out for the rest of the season. Foles took over the offense for the Philadelphia Eagles.
While Foles only delivered three mediocre games in the regular season, he stepped up during the playoffs. He threw for 971 yards in three games and led the underdog Philadelphia to victory against the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl. There, he even caught a touchdown as a quarterback during a trick play.
EA rewarded his solid performances with increasingly higher ratings for the special cards in Madden 18’s Ultimate Team mode.

Especially his passing attributes are excellent and all at 90 or higher. Ironically, even as a receiver, EA has now granted him decent attributes.
