In Fortnite every player is looking for the rare Klombos that have arrived since the new update. However, many players only have one thing in mind when they see the dinos: Should I shoot at them? Why you definitely shouldn’t do that, you will find out here.
What are Klombos? Since the Update 19.10, the snowy areas on the map are melting. This has unleashed Klombos, a new species of dinosaur, onto the island. They are peaceful and rare omnivores that roam the map happily.
Their favorite food is the new Klomboberries that grow on bushes. However, if you have the ridiculous idea of attacking such a giant, your laughter will quickly fade. These beasts can become unpleasant and lay large areas to waste.

Since the release of the new dinos, the community is thrilled. Many players are on the lookout for the cute dinos (via reddit). However, what many don’t know: It’s better not to provoke the Klombos. There’s bottled up rage in them that can be dangerous for anyone nearby.

Should I resist the temptation to shoot? If you spot such a creature in the wild, the curious question often arises: “Should I shoot at it and see what happens?” As interesting and funny as that may seem, a shot could land you in a difficult situation.
The Klombo will enter battle mode after being provoked. Its feathers, scales, and eyes turn bright red, signaling danger. If that isn’t enough, the ton-heavy dino picks up speed and tries to stomp you.
In the process, it spits a sour substance at you that ignites everything in the vicinity.
Can I calm it down again? The Klombo isn’t angry at you forever. If you have the web shooters from Spider-Man, you can flee with them for a short time. Once it calms down, you can approach it again. It forgets who attacked it last.
But if you have your dino’s favorite berry with you, it calms down immediately and even changes color to tropical green. In a calmed state, you can ride on its back and be launched into the air through its blowhole on its head.
Make sure there are no enemies nearby. They often take the opportunity to shoot at your Klombo while you are getting close.
