ASTA has launched and brings with it the first expansion. The Berserker is already available as a new class.
New Class and Race at the Release of ASTA
After an extra long beta phase, today, May 31, 2016, the big day has arrived when ASTA is finally released. Those who enjoy a more traditional MMORPG experience (and have a rather outdated computer) might find their true revelation in ASTA. Along with the release of the game comes the first expansion “Wrath of the Berserkers”, which expands ASTA with the new race of Raksa and their exclusive class “Berserker”.
The colleagues from mmorpg.com had the opportunity to speak in advance with the Assistant Producer of Webzen, Pierre Vandenbroucke, who revealed some details about the expansion.
According to him, PvP players will particularly enjoy the expansion, as they will receive the open PvP zone “Wado”, where there are only a few safe cities – players must therefore constantly expect an attack from the opposing faction.
Lastly, the expansion brings “the usual things”, namely: new items in crafting and better equipment to accommodate the increased level cap.
