- Currently, Asmongold mostly streams on his second channel “zackrawrr” and had on average just under 28,000 viewers there in the past 90 days.
- Henry Cavill, on the other hand, is a British actor known mainly for his roles as Geralt of Rivia in the Netflix adaptation of The Witcher as well as Superman/Clark Kent.
- Henry Cavill is a self-proclaimed nerd and gamer and is widely liked by like-minded individuals. In his free time, he plays Warhammer or works on his gaming PC.

Why is Asmongold raving about Cavill? Asmongold reacted to two statements made by the actor during a livestream that obviously impressed the Twitch streamer. That reaction was subsequently documented on YouTube.
The first statement was about sex scenes in films and series. According to Cavill, these are used excessively and as a last resort. Asmongold responded with: “Damn true! Absolutely true!”
I don’t understand that – I’m not a fan of it. There are situations where a sex scene is actually beneficial for a film, and not just for the audience, but I think they are sometimes overused these days.
It’s the moment when you ask yourself: “Is this really necessary, or are those just people wearing less clothing?” And that’s the moment when you start to feel uncomfortable and think: “There’s no performance happening here. This is not a piece that impacts the rest of the film.”

The second statement that made Asmongold rave was about Cavill’s feel-good films. Here, the Brit named, as befits a true nerd, the extended version of “The Lord of the Rings.”
After that, Asmongold was completely blown away by the actor, as he is obviously just as much of a nerd as he is: “Damn man, how can he be so perfect? Oh my God, the extended edition. Oh my God.”
