The MMORPG Ashes of Creation continues to be on a successful path. The Kickstarter campaign has now exceeded the $2 million mark. A new trailer introduces the game world.
With the $2 million, a new stretch goal has now been reached. This means that social organizations like Thieves’ Guilds will find their way into the game, which are supposed to be closely linked with the story and gameplay. The developers also announced a new stretch goal. If the game reaches the $3 million mark, a kind of stock/investment system will make its way to Ashes of Creation.

Players will then be able to invest in specific activities, for example in a raid. If this is successful, the investors benefit. If a node in the game world is worked on particularly effectively and a lucrative trade route emerges, then players who have invested in it will also benefit.
Social organizations can also strengthen themselves through the system and expand into other cities, for example.

To celebrate the two million dollars, the developers also released a new video for the MMORPG. This shows you for three minutes how beautiful the game world looks. Especially the effects and the lighting create a fantastic atmosphere and you can almost wish to dive into the world and explore it already. But this will not be possible until at least the end of the year, when maybe an alpha starts. The official release of Ashes of Creation is currently planned for the end of 2018.
