The Intrepid Studios tantalize with a new trailer for the MMORPG Ashes of Creation.

The Kickstarter campaign for Ashes of Creation is still going strong. Almost 1.7 million US dollars have already been raised. To further motivate fans, a cinematic trailer for the MMORPG has now been released, recorded with in-game graphics. You can find it at the end of the article.

The Beginning of a Siege

The trailer shows a thief sneaking into a city, moving unnoticed through the alleys, and finally stealing a magical stone. He then signals, and the army at the gates of the city begins the siege assault. All this is presented in a very action-packed and exciting manner. Whether all this will be possible in the game is something we will find out later.

Impressive Graphics Thanks to Unreal Engine 4

Ashes of Creation uses Unreal Engine 4, which allows for truly impressive visuals. What used to be seen as rendered cutscenes is now possible as in-game graphics. However, it is currently unclear how much of the trailer was post-processed. Nevertheless, the video makes you eager to finally play the MMORPG. However, it will take a while longer, as the release date is set for the end of 2018.

If you want to participate in the Kickstarter campaign, you can still do so until June 2nd and secure some backer-exclusive items, as well as help reach the game’s stretch goals. This includes a new race of underground beings.
