A new dossier has been released for ARK Survival Evolved. The Yutyrannus has been introduced and will assist survivors primarily in combat.
Studio Wildcard released a new dossier and introduced the Yutyrannus. It is believed to be related to the Tyrannosaurus Rex. One cannot deny a certain resemblance. Notably, the Yutyrannus is adorned with feathers that cover it from head to toe.
Yutyrannus – Its roar spreads fear and terror
Normally, feathered hunters are not necessarily dangerous to survivors in Ark. However, this is quite different with the Yutyrannus. Humans and animals must be cautious around it. It has been observed that the Yutyrannus hunts alongside the hostile Carnotaurus. Other creatures respect the feathered tyrant.
The Yutyrannus is the only dino that sends other creatures into panic with its roar. As soon as its scream sounds, everything around it flees to safety.
Taming the Yutyrannus: The war general instills courage and spreads fear
Those who tame a Yutyrannus gain a strong warrior on the battlefield. It can be used for attack and defense. The Yutyrannus seems to possess a special ability that makes it the general of a dino army. Its roar instills fear in all creatures and enemies.
With training, the Yutyrannus’ roar becomes a battle cry that gives courage to allies. Due to these special leadership qualities, this dino becomes almost a “must” on the battlefield. Anyone looking to engage in larger battles should have the Yutyrannus by their side.
Currently, only the dossier of the Yutyrannus is known
The dossier of the Yutyrannus has been published. It is still unclear when it will be added to Ark Survival Evolved. The dossier indicates that the Yutyrannus will have a clear role as a warlord. Whether it can be ridden and how it can be tamed is still unknown.
