The new patch 1.04 of ARK: Survival Evolved for PS4 brings new servers for PlayStation players, but also new bugs. Players are frustrated.
Since the release of ARK on PlayStation 4 players have complained not only about full servers but also about poor server performance. Studio WildCard has not overlooked the problem and played Update 1.04, which allows players to join new servers. No official patch notes for the ARK update 1.04 have been released yet. However, not only new servers have been introduced, but also a lot of new bugs.

What is known so far about the ARK PS4 Patch 1.04
There are still no official patch notes from Studio Wildcard regarding Update 1.04. However, it can already be noted that the PS4 version of ARK now seems to be running worse. But there are also more servers that were urgently needed due to overcrowding.
There are more servers for PS4
With Update 1.04, new servers are coming for the survival fighters on PlayStation. This should make it easier for players to join a game. Since the release on PS4, ARK has been nearly unusable for many players because the servers were completely congested. Servers 735-766 are now live. There are both new PvE servers and new PvP servers.
New bugs have appeared with patch 1.04
Actually, the update was supposed to reduce crashes and performance issues. However, it seems that due to new bugs, there are now even more crashes. Players are reporting on Reddit mainly about graphical issues and crashes of the game whenever they send invites to friends to play.

The bugs that came with ARK along with patch 1.04 currently make the new servers unfortunately unusable. Hopefully, Studio Wildcard can fix these quickly.
Are there any PS4 dinosaur tamers among you who are having problems with update 1.04? The patch 253 was already nicer, at least it brought Raptor Claus and a camera into the game.
