The developer studio Wildcard has teased a huge, unique mega-update for the survival MMO ARK: Survival Evolved.
What it is about has not yet been revealed. For this, they are keeping it for tomorrow, Thursday, when the official announcement is set to follow on Twitch. However, a teaser image was published, but not much can be seen. Since the developers refer to the update as a “Brontosaurus-sized reveal,” it might have something to do with new dinos.
Xbox version will be enhanced
This coming weekend, the gaming fair PAX East will take place, where Wildcard will also be present. There, they also plan to showcase the new content. Additionally, the developers talked about an upcoming update for the Xbox One version of the game. This will improve the graphics and introduce true 720p rendering with a 1080p user interface. Meanwhile, they are still in negotiations with Sony, who are still hesitant to release the MMO in early access on the Playstation 4. They want to wait for the final version.
