Among the premium mods available in ARK: Survival Ascended is a premium version of the map Svartalfheim. This is the latest map created by the German modder Nekatus.
How has Bethesda been ahead of ARK for years? ARK claims to be the first game to offer premium mods on console. However, Bethesda already released the so-called Creation Club for Fallout 4 in 2017, which is now just called “Creations” (via creations.bethesda.net).
Creations is a portal dedicated to the publication of mods for Fallout and Skyrim. These mods have been created by community members and subsequently verified by Bethesda due to their high quality.
The mods offered in Creations are available for both the PC versions of the games and the console variants. Additionally, there are free and paid mods in Creations. Therefore, the particularly high-quality and paid mods could somewhat be considered as premium mods.
