The game is set to be released on November 14 for the Xbox Series X, also on Microsoft’s console, the dino MMO will launch as an early access title. The version is expected to be up-to-date with the PC version and will offer crossplay capabilities right away.
Players on PlayStation 5 will need to wait a little longer. A discussion with Sony is still needed for a launch: However, the plan is for the launch to occur by the end of November. The developers state that to improve ARK: Survival Ascend, they have already taken some steps:

- The performance has already improved, having resolved about 80% of the out-of-memory issues. Also, the RAM usage of the servers has been reduced.
- Additionally, they have increased the security of the game, preventing players from misrepresenting unofficial servers as official ones.
The developers say they know there are still issues on all fronts, but they are determined to make ARK: Survival Ascend the best survival game it can be.
