The new patch 1.17 in ARK Survival Evolved for the PS4 and Xbox One brings back a lot of events. The consoles are being updated to the PC standard of patch v256.
The latest console patch in Ark Survival Evolved took a long time to arrive. The main reason for this was the major overhaul of the inventory. In the meantime, a lot has happened for survivors on PC. All of this is now being brought to PS4 and Xbox One.

- The regular PC patch v256 is included. Here, players received new dinos, the ability to build an underwater base, and an overhaul of the inventory. Players were especially excited about the unicorn – an Equus mutation. The new update brings consoles up to the PC patch v256 – Here are the patch notes.
- Ark’s Easter Event is now also available on consoles with the update. Players will encounter the BunnyDodo and BunnyOviraptor with the new update. They lay eggs that survivors can dye – and thus celebrate the ‘Eggcelent Adventure’.
