The Giganotosaurus is hungry
Those who have achieved everything in ARK: Survival Evolved with their tribe will be pleased with the latest announcement. The dino island is being expanded with a new inhabitant, the Giganotosaurus. As the name suggests, the beast is gigantic and towers over the Tyrannosaurus by several heads. It will be the hardest creature to tame in the game and thus an addition to the endgame.
To tame a Giganotosaurus, a well-prepared crew is needed, as the fight becomes more difficult the longer it lasts. With each passing second, the giant’s power grows, and its bites become more devastating.
But even if the behemoth is tamed, players are not safe – occasionally, the creature breaks free and turns against friendly tribe members. If the beast gets fed up, it is also known to throw the rider off and pursue its own goals. Taming the Giganotosaurus is therefore never truly complete and poses a perpetual danger – is this risk worth it?
Apart from the dinosaur, the latest patch brings new swords, as well as numerous shields – both ancient and modern.
