The dino survival ARK has received a new update that introduces a new dinosaur type – small and deadly.

Who still remembers the little dinos from Jurassic Park, where we all (yes, you too!) thought at first, “How cute!” before the terrors in the form of a whole herd descended upon the poor researchers? Anyway, those very dinos have now been added to ARK: Survival Evolved.
The Compsognathus dinos are not a real threat on their own and are mostly quite peaceful. However, if enough of the little “Compys” gather, they will become an angry herd that can quickly tear flesh from the bones of even the most well-equipped players.
But the patch brought even more: As new weaponry, there’s a snazzy rocket turret and the waters can be secured (or unsettled) with sea mines. At the same time, there is now a new cooking system, allowing players to create their own recipes to craft food and brews.
Just recently, there was an update that implemented the anglerfish and penguins.
