What are the clues? Data miners have once again found hints of upcoming innovations in the Fortnite code. This time it’s about snow. The data miners from FNBRLeaks have found sound files for footsteps in the snow. These are available for all kinds of terrains and movement modes, including running, walking, and crawling.
These are likely specifically new files, not the already existing sounds that you make in the Viking village. There has also been snow there for a long time.
Winter theme in Season 7 seems confirmed
These new findings only confirm what the Fortnite community has long believed: that Season 7 of Fortnite: Battle Royale will have a winter/Christmas theme.
There have already been some clues:
- The new Bonus Skin A.I.M has icy limbs, as if he flew through a snowstorm during his jump.
