ArcheAge is getting a new patch that draws players into a new dungeon in multiple ways.
Taking Temptation to the Next Level
Things are happening in ArcheAge, even if they’re not good. A song with the already quite suspicious name “Blood Canon” lures innocent people into their imminent death. With the upcoming patch 2.5, players can enter the new dungeon “Misty Peak” and must make several decisions along the way. The ascent to the peak can happen in two different ways. Either choose the direct, well-guarded path and fight through hordes of enemies, or take the somewhat longer route while avoiding some traps.
Ultimately, both routes lead up the mountain, where some fights await, such as against the Mistress of Courtesans and eventually the Bloodsinger Aria herself. The lady is responsible for the siren-like song and players should blow out her life lights urgently if they don’t want to become victims of the dreadful melody.
Misty Peak comes in two difficulty levels, “easy” and “normal,” each offering different rewards. Anyone wanting to secure the new set items will have to visit dear Aria multiple times to be enchanted by her voice.
