In the sandpark MMO ArcheAge there is now a page for property seekers where they can look for building plots. Wealthy landowners can sell building land here.
When we previously wrote about ArcheAge something like “ArcheAge – the game with the real estate shark” some of our readers rolled their eyes and thought we were exaggerating. No, we were not. By the head start, almost all plots were occupied. They serve to grow important resources that can then be resold or processed. And so, some laid the foundation for a later empire in the first hours – or at least created a basis for a decent income.
Demand for houses and plots remains high
Other players in ArcheAge have made a real business out of quickly reserving available building plots with scaffolding and then reselling them later for exorbitant prices. It doesn’t always go according to the rules. Meanwhile, Trion Worlds says, they have the problems in ArcheAge under control now.
The demand for building plots is still high and could not be satisfied, although many wished it, by the 30% additional building plots that were recently introduced into the game. Because even when the northern continent of Auroria opened, the plots were occupied on almost all servers in no time.

With Archbroker a site has now opened where buyers and sellers of real estate can come together. However, prices are being asked that are quite hefty – but you pay them in the game itself too, unless you have a guild that treats you well.
At the moment, the project is still in its infancy and is primarily established on North American servers. But there are also one or two plots on European servers like Dahuta or Kyprosa. It’s definitely an interesting idea and a sign that the community is adapting to the wishes of the game.
While there were relatively soon detailed guides, event timers, or progress leaderboards for other games, there is, in ArcheAge, a real estate site. Because anyone who reveals their secrets or supposed tips here already faces flames in community forums. It is indeed a competitive game, and in the shark tank, things get rough.
