Patch Notes for Update 1.13 in German
WHAT’S NEW?
- Solo vs Squads
- Solo vs Squads is a new matchmaking option for our experienced and highly qualified players who enjoy the PvP aspect of the game. Solo Raiders from level 40 receive the option “Solo vs Squad” over the matchmaking to join the squads queue and take on Raider squads directly. If they choose this option, players receive a bonus of +20% XP at the end of the round, both on successful extraction and in defeat.
- Trophy showcase
- A new long-term project where players must hunt increasingly dangerous ARC groups to submit their parts for rewards. Raiders can build a new showcase in 5 different steps (like the Candleberry project), and with each level, a new item is added to the showcase.
- The rewards for completing each step include blueprints as well as Raider tokens, and full completion brings additional rewards like a Howl emote, a guitar, and 300,000 coins. Currently, there is no fixed end date, and the project is not affected by expedition resets.
- Bird City
- Swaths of birds have moved into the Buried City and built nests in the empty chimneys. We have received reports that they keep shiny trinkets in them, so be sure to check them out. This new permanent map condition applies only to the “Buried City” map, which will be included in the weekly rotation cycle. On this map, there are more bird traps and zip lines. Raiders can expect more fighting around, in, or on rooftops, including more flying ARCs and more players nearby.

PATCH HIGHLIGHTS
- Open parties
- The option to set your party as open, allowing your Embark and platform friends to join seamlessly (even if you are currently waiting in the lobby to join your next match).
- Invitations for squads
- The option has been added for Squad members to invite others to the party alongside the party leader.
- Bug fixes for achievements.
- Fixed the issue with extraction from the Seedvault on Stella Montis.
- Mouse smoothing option added.
- Rebinding of the gamepad.
CONTENT AND BUG FIXES
ACHIEVEMENTS
- Fixed an issue that prevented progress for the achievement “Enemy of my Enemy” from being recorded.
- Fixed an issue that caused the achievement “Hook, Line and Sinker” to not be recorded correctly.
ARC
- Overcoming obstacles with ARC has been improved.
- Leaper
- Leaper can now run better when it loses its legs.
- Shredder
- Dead Shredders are now correctly marked as lootable when clicked.
- Snitch
- Fixed an issue where Snitches interrupted the ARC call when players threw a flash grenade during the call.
- Snitches no longer make noise after being destroyed.
- Spotter
- Fixed an issue where Spotters would follow players into buildings and get stuck there.
- Tick
- When players are grabbed by the Tick, they now have a brief window to evade and free themselves from the Tick.
AUDIO
- Fixed an issue where emotes in the shop and customization preview had no voiceover.
- Fixed an issue where voice chat was interrupted in some cases.
Connection to voice chat has been improved.
MAPS
- General
- The types of containers that can yield conditional blueprints during “Electromagnetic Storm”, “Hidden Bunker”, and “Closed Gate” have been reduced.
- The probability of finding higher-tier weapons in weapon crates has been increased.
- The probability of finding unique parts from Matriarch and Queen in their armor parts has been slightly reduced, making it a bit harder to obtain them without completely destroying them.
- Fixed an issue that made several containers on all maps non-interactive.
- Fixed an issue where the Raider’s hatch did not open in time, causing the camera to get stuck when the interaction failed.
- Dam Battlegrounds
- Some of the cliffs around the Raider outpost tower at the Dam, where players often got stuck, have been adjusted.
- The collision of the elevator shaft has been adjusted to prevent players from getting stuck in the Dam Control Tower.
- Collision issues in the Pattern House on the Dam Battlegrounds have been fixed.
Fixed an issue that allowed players to reach an unintended location in Water Treatment.
- Buried City
- An invisible wall in a nook below the freeway of Buried City has been removed.
- The music puzzle from Buried City has been removed – the guitar can now be purchased at Shani’s.
- Spaceport
- Fixed an issue where rocks and grass floated in the air in the spaceport.
- The spawn position of ARC during “Hidden Bunker” on bunker antennas has been adjusted to ensure they do not spawn directly on the antennas.
- Stella Montis
- The issue with the Seedvault extraction on Stella Montis has been resolved, allowing players to remain there after the extraction point closes.
- The night attack lighting has been updated so that most lights are now turned off.
- 40 places on Stella Montis where players frequently got stuck have been fixed.
- The bug where the bastion on Stella Montis appeared outside of the play area and could attack players through walls has been fixed.
OTHER
- Various crash fixes.
- Mouse smoothing option added.
- Matchmaking delay option added to mitigate stream sniping.
- Fixed an issue where players could play guitar while using the zip line.
- Consistent aim assist across different frame rates.
- Fixed issues where inputs were not always registered at frame rates above 30.
- Fixed an issue where one of the helmet variants of the macro set was displayed incorrectly in the game.
- Fixed an issue where some trinkets could not be placed in trinket slots.
- Fixed various clipping issues.
- Fixed a problem that sometimes caused the VFX lens flare of the sun to be displayed even when the sun was behind thick clouds.
- Fixed an issue where the selected codex entry was not always visible.
- Fireworks will launch randomly after the use of Raider when turned off.
- Some graphical settings reset to default upon restarting the game on PS5.
- Lighting has been improved on various maps.
User Interface
- A new tab has been added to the options menu where most gamepad buttons can be remapped freely.
- The display of VOIP trigger actions while playing with the gamepad on PC has been corrected and the wording improved for clarity on the current VOIP mode (Push-to-Talk vs. Toggle-to-Talk).
- Fixed an issue where the user interface displayed too low inventory value when signing up for
- Expedition sometimes.
- Fixed an issue where weapons placed in the hideouts provided by expeditions
- were not displayed in the weapon upgrade screen.
- Fixed an issue where the number of non-stackable items in the project
- Donation rewards and trials were not displayed.
- The “Open Group” option has been added to allow Embark and platform friends to join seamlessly (even when waiting in the lobby for the next match).
- The option has been added for Squad members to invite others to the party alongside the party leader.
- A new notification will appear when a friend joins a player’s party at the top.
- Users who have linked Discord can now invite Discord friends to play or let Discord friends join directly when the “Open Party” option is enabled.
UTILITY
- The position of the anchor point of the zip line is now updated correctly when it is on a moving platform.
- When changing equipment, excess items are now better stored in the inventory.
- Fixed an issue that allowed two players using a defibrillator at the same time to revive a downed player with full HP.
QUESTS
- Additional interactions have been added to the final objective of the quest “Groundbreaking”.
ANTI-CHEAT
- A progressive ban system with three violations is currently being implemented. Bans will increase from 30 days to 60 days and finally to a permanent ban for repeat offenders.
KNOWN ISSUES
- The matchmaking option “Solo vs Squads” is not currently displayed when the option becomes available for players level 40 and up.
- Cosmetic items that can be purchased with Raider tokens that have not yet been bought may be missing from the customization menu.
- One of the helmet variants of the Marco set may be displayed incorrectly in the preview and menu, but appears correctly in the game.
- Players may occasionally not receive the skill point displayed on the results screen. Restarting/playing another round resolves the issue.
