The start of Season 6 in Fortnite: Battle Royale has already brought some new features and weapons, but apparently, we could soon expect 4 more new weapons. According to data miners, there is even a gun that shoots garbage. We show you what has been found.
This is what’s happening in Fortnite: Season 6 – Chapter 2 has started and brought some new features. Players can even craft prehistoric weapons or hunt wild animals on the map. However, soon more new weapons could appear in the game.
After the Update 16.10, which fixed a lot of bugs, data miners found some weapons that are expected to be released soon. One gun, in particular, is quite curious, as it is said to shoot with trash.
4 new weapons leaked
What was found? The data miner Firemonkey showed that he found 3 exotic weapons in the data that are likely to be sold by NPCs soon. He shared his find on Twitter – these mythical guns are expected to come (via Twitter):
- Marksman Revolver – at NPC Deadfire
- Unstable Bow – at NPC Rebirth Raven
- Grappler Bow – at NPC Lara Croft
Especially the bows seem to be more “weapons” used for tricks in a round and not necessarily causing damage to opponents. The Grappler Bow could function similarly to the mythical Grappler from Season 2 – Chapter 2, which allowed players to move forward incredibly quickly.
New weapon that shoots with trash?
This weapon was also found: Update 16.10 introduced another weapon. The “Recycler” weapon will likely require ammunition that players have not encountered in Fortnite before. The new gun is supposed to recycle “trash” and use it as ammunition, as the name suggests.
The Recycler is expected to deal 75 damage to players and have a magazine size of 3 shots. Additionally, the new weapon should take 2 seconds to reload. The data miner XTigerHypexX posted the stats for the new gun on Twitter:
It seems that the Recycler will bring a new type of ammunition that players have not yet encountered in Fortnite. The data miner HYPEX has already shown initial information on how the “trash” ammo is supposed to work in the game (via Twitter). According to the leaker, the Recycler is supposed to suck up different materials and then spit out trash bombs.
When will the new weapons arrive? The release date for these 4 weapons is still unknown. It might be that they will be added in the next update, but keep in mind that this has not yet been officially confirmed by Epic. We will inform you as soon as there is more information on the leaked weapons.
