Update from February 4th at 7:07 PM: The update for Season 4 has arrived on the servers on time. On PC, you need to download about 5.4 GB.

What time does Season 4 start? This question occupies the community, as there has not yet been a specific time for the release. Players assume that the kickoff will be at 7 PM. This would make sense, as announcements have consistently appeared at 7 PM over the past few days.
