The online shooter Apex Legends has tons of annoying bugs. Some of them are scheduled to be fixed in the next patch according to the developers.
Which bugs are going to be fixed? Apex Legends has recently been receiving negative attention due to bugs. However, the developers have finally responded and plan to fix some of the worst issues in the upcoming update. These include:
- Hit registration: It was often not recorded properly whether you hit or not. This is largely due to issues between the server and client. Respawn plans to fix a large part of these problems soon. However, due to the complexity of the issue, there may still be occasional cases of wrongly attributed hits, but these will also be eradicated over time.
- Fortified bug: This annoying bug has caused many tears among fans of Caustic and the hefty Gibraltar. Because the two heroes were supposed to take less damage in compensation for their massive size. However, that didn’t work at all and is now set to be fixed soon.
- Slow-motion bug: Some players experienced that the game ran in a sort of slow motion at the beginning. Here, they are on the trail of the problem and hope to have it isolated and fixed soon.
- Audio issues: They want to bring fixes here, including for the faulty sounds when footstep sounds are made.

What else is coming? The developers also want to punish players who just leech off others and contribute nothing to the game. This is called “Piggy-Backing” and will be punished with a ban if noticed.
When is the new patch coming? Unfortunately, the developers have not named anything concrete regarding this. However, since they have already presented concrete plans, the new patch is likely to come soon.
Then Apex Legends will hopefully regain some popularity, as the many bugs and the weak 1st season have recently harmed the success of the game.
